Linde has actively participated in the conferences Demonstrations of New Technologies for the Meat Industry, the project framed A2TRANSFER, Border Cooperation Programme Spain-Portugal (POPTEC), on 9 October. Linde, demonstrated abatement during kneading temperature of meat for making burgers and sausage making through the use of cryogenic gases. The team (LIX - Shooter®), patented valve, to inject nitrogen or liquid carbon dioxide in the system of kneading and mixing the meat, the simple but ingenious system allows the food to cool rapidly during handling avoiding muddy inlay and microbial contamination thereof; allows to maintain a precise temperature control and is very easy to install.
